Muffet. A spider-monster. Black widow. Spider queen.
She’s not greedy for money as it’s useless in the forest. But likes magical things.
Neutral for humans and monsters, friendly for witches as they know price of magic.
Muffet lost her limb in last war with humans who tried to attack the keeper. Fortunately, monsters protected their home, thanks to witches.
She has some kind of shop where you can buy anything. And if she doesn’t have the thing you want she will get it in some minutes, just wait.
But still, her magic is pretty limited.
I know the price for anything, my dear. I won’t take more than I will give you. Sometimes you even don’t know the real price of your own vision, huhuhu~

I know you mentioned witches protected the monsters homes and i cant help but wonder if that means the barrier wasn't so much to keep monsters in, but to keep humans out-
