Ghost(sylvari). Monster.
Friendly for his fans and friends(duh :v). Otherwise indifferent. Doesn’t like Chara.
Mtt is a ghost possessing a sylvari body which was made for him by Alphys. Actually the only of his kind and this makes him very unique and popular. You won’t find even one monster who doesn’t know about Mtt.
As his body is a humanoid plant he can’t travel in the winter time as he simply falls asleep. 
He never talks about his past as if it never existed, probably because he’s not proud about his old self. The solder, the fool, the murder.

Known as the greatest minstrel in darkwood, his voice and music won’t leave you indifferent and will hypnotize. Maybe literally.
Mettaton seems to be pretty selfish person, but that’s probably because it’s very difficult to impress him, or so they say. He talks too much if not about his passion then about himself (why not? he’s sure that he’s perfect). But at the same time if he’s interested in you he will become silent and listen to you.
